Diva Cupcakes

Last week I was asked to bake a dozen regular sized cupcakes for a tween. Her mom was very specific and I was willing to comply with all the wishes. I was a little worried that I had not made it "Girlie" enough or that the maybe that it was too 7 year oldish. (Twelve year olds are hard to please. I should know since I have my very own tween.)
