I did it again....new website.

I promised myself that I would not change the website any more. I think I've changed the website at least five times. And though I really liked the last website design, it just did not resemble the vision I had in my mind. Now that the Cupcake Jubilee! store front is about to open for business I wanted to celebrate with a new website to match the store. woohoo!
